This training offers a grounded, science based understanding of what is happening in the brain during hypnosis and how these insights can strengthen your work with clients.

Vocal Skills in Hypnotherapy

In this session, we’ll explore how your voice can strengthen the impact of your hypnotic work. We’ll cover pacing, tone, rhythm, and phrasing, along with simple techniques that help you guide clients into deeper states of focus and relaxation. You’ll learn how subtle choices in delivery can shape the client’s experience and support more effective sessions.

We’ll also look at research on vocal influence and attention, and how these findings can be applied in practical ways. This class offers a relaxed space to refine your delivery, build confidence, and develop a voice that feels natural, grounded, and effective.

Helping Clients Navigate Change

This class explores the Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change and how understanding a client’s stage of change can strengthen your work as a hypnotherapist. We’ll look at how readiness, ambivalence, and motivation influence outcomes, and how to tailor suggestions and session strategies to meet clients where they are.

This training offers practical insight into why some clients progress quickly while others struggle, and how a stage-informed approach can support more consistent and sustainable change.
